My Food Pyraimid.


Last week on Tuesday we did our own food pyramid and we also had to explain what each food means and why is that food not healthy and why is the food very healthy.So on the very top i did lollies and as you can see that lollies aren't very good for and aren't very good to bring to school and then we are moving on to the bottom.So underneath the lollies you can see that there is all the junk food that some kids and people eat and that is kind of good but not very healthy for your brain now we are moving on to the next food which is fruit underneath the junk food. So fruits they are really nice and healthy because the juice in the fruit can make your brain get more energy and also when you run you have more and more energy by eating fruits and drinking water. Now we are on to the last one which is underneath again the fruits so what is healthy about fruit hmm let us, Well when you eat a Vegetable it makes your brain stay on task and other stuff like your work. So that is THE END OF THIS FOOD PYRAMID.
