What is your favourite food.


Introduction
Have you ever heard of puaka it means pig
Have you ever tasted it before
Well it tastes very yumm and nice
It smells pretty good and it when you feel it, It feels like chicken.


Information
Firstly, how to make a puaka which is pig you go to get a pig from the farm or somewhere I don't know but then when you get it you go and put it through the pole and then make a fire and roast it.

Secondly when you are going to put the roasted pig through the pole you’ll always have to clean it and shave the hair off its body when you have done that you take all the rocks and then put it on the grass where your gonna roast it or put it somewhere else when your gonna roast when you roast the roasted pig you’ll always have to sit there and twirl the pole and always have an eye on the roasted pig other wise if you don’t it might burn.

Finally when you are roasting the roasted pig you’ll always have to wear some gloves when you pick up the roasted pig to go and put it on the table on the plate and then after that is done you can put out the fire and then go inside and have some roasted pig and also sometimes when people are roasting the pig or tongans they sometimes sing when they are waiting for it to be ready.

My overall opinion is that it’ll taste nice after you have roasted it on an umu which is like the fire that you roast with your marshmallows
